A holiday dream in cookie form. This vanilla sugar cookie is rolled in sparkling sugar and topped with a silky swirl of eggnog buttercream — made with our house plant based butter and spiced with cozy hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. It’s nostalgic, soft, and perfectly festive.
